EXCURSION CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND – you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a refund. In the event of cancellation, your sole resource is a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled activity. Excursions may be cancelled or modified by CocoTOURS Punta Cana depending on the number of guests participating.

  1. For a refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. (less 10% which will be retained due to bank taxes)
  2. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  3. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  4. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  5. Experiences requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.(less 10% which will be retained due to bank taxes)
  6. NO REFUND will be offered if any of our trips it was purchased with a discount voucher or the trip it was advertised at the time of booking with a reduced price on our website.

All excursions are subject to change without notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations may be altered and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Descriptions, schedules and excursion lengths are all based on approximate times. Changes may be unavoidable and can be made at CocoTOURS Punta Cana sole discretion.

  1. For a refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the transportation’s start time. (less 10% which will be retained due to bank taxes)
  2. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the transportation’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  3. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the transportation’s start time will not be accepted.
  4. Transportation services does not require good weather but if it’s cancelled due to the weather extreme conditions, you’ll be offered a different date/time or a full refund.(less 10% which will be retained due to bank taxes)
  5. NO REFUND will be offerd if any of our transportation service it was purchased with a discount voucher or a special offer.
